Knowledge is power. Education plays vital role for the success of any individual. In the present world computer education plays dominant role in shaping the personality of any individual and without which it will be difficult to reach the level of excellence in any area of operation.

Having the above concept in mind and also with the view to develop all our employees viz. Loadman, Drivers, Mechanics, Clerical Staff, Supervisors, Officers and Managers working in our organisation the management have decided to provide computer education. Accordingly computer training will be given for about 10 hours for each individual (per day about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours). Everybody will be given training through NIIT after their working hours. Realising the importance of computer education the management extends the benefit to the family members of the employees as well. Accordingly an employee can bring his / her spouse or one child. Unmarried employees can bring one of their parents or Brother / Sister.

This programme will be started from Coimbatore and will be covered in all centres over a period of three months. Hence all our employees are requested to participate in the programme and derive benefits.
